Respite - is that moment in a crazy world when you have peace, before you are dragged back into the chaos.
I love those moments when I let go. Oh man they are so few. After 10 years of working on myself spiritually, mentally and physically, I still can bust an artery when the people walk too loud above me, or when something is out of place - "trying to arrange life to suit myself" instead of relaxing and taking it easy. I love those moments when faith allows me to relax.
