The latest series represents the perceived envelope of protection that we feel have and the fragility of our basic human rights and dignities.   An artist’s work is in some ways the most intimate look that you will have at that person. Like a child, it reflects the basic goodness or neurosis that surrounds it, and like a child we send it out into the world with the hope that they will be received well and protected by the basic rules that govern.  I convey todays struggle with getting through a day  for some and the fragility that’s tied solely to our humanity.
